This Practice was established in South Africa in April 2017 as Quanda Consult (Pty) Ltd.  Our company is well equipped to successfully deal with South African Property and Social related problems including providing solutions to the same.

Currently, our offices are only in East London and Mthatha, however, we intend expanding to Bloemfontein, Pietermaritzburg and hopefully Johannesburg.   In addition, we also have a country - wide network through our Associate offices and that gives us the edge to serve our clients irrespective of their geographical location.

We are registered with the Association of South African Quantity Surveyors as a Professional Quantity Surveying firm.

We have a Professional Indemnity Insurance Policy (Cover) with AC&E Engineering of up to R 5 Million.
